Few people understand the New Zealand technology channel as well as Chris. Over nearly two decades, he has worked across distribution, vendor, and reseller environments, giving him a view of the market from every angle.

As Chief Customer Officer, Chris is accountable for the full client experience at Cello – from raising awareness of the company in market, to the first customer conversation, through to the ongoing health of long-term relationships.

His focus is on building commercial teams where customer outcomes come first, and where the gap between what's promised and what's delivered stays as small as possible, acting as the lynchpin between the customer and the rest of the organisation.
