Falko brings extensive experience leading IT strategy and operations across the telecommunications and managed services sector, with a career spanning senior roles at FX Networks, Vocus Communications, and Computer Concepts Limited (CCL) before joining Cello in 2020.

As CIO at Cello, he holds broad accountability across IT operations, information security, business systems, and software development, with a particular focus on enterprise-grade governance, ISO 27001 compliance, and scalable technology platforms.

Falko joined as Chief Operating Officer before moving into the CIO role, giving him an unusually complete view of how the business operates end to end.

Falko is known for translating complex technical capability into tangible business outcomes, and for building the systems, processes, and teams that underpin reliable, secure service delivery to enterprise and government clients.
